Please be aware that in some circumstances an order you might place might be out of stock. This may happen due to a technical problem.if this was to occur, I will quickly rectify the problem / refund monies due.

Once an order has been placed, I aim to post the same or next day. Royal Mail signed for. Due to deliveries being handled by a third party, once the item has been posted it is out of our hands. All orders will be given tracking numbers which you can receive to track your order.

All prices are stated on the product. VAT is not charged with children’s clothing.

Please note that even though the pictures may advertise complete outfits, the description will outline what the price includes.

·  Pay in 3 instalments

·  Pay Later in 30 days

If you are unhappy with your order, you are able to return the items within 14 days of receiving them.  As long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold to you, with tags attached. 
Returns received outside the stated period will not be accepted.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

We do not accept refunds on payment plans  

Swimwear is non-returnable due to hygiene
